I began
training with Lizzie in February 2004 seven
months after the birth of my daughter. I
had lost some of my pregnancy weight and
was going to the gym three times a week
but my workouts had become boring and I
was struggling to motivate myself. Having
a young baby, I couldn’t always make
it to the gym; I wanted to work out at home
but didn’t have any kind of programme
to follow. Thankfully, at this point I began
working with Lizzie and I haven’t
looked back!
After a thorough assessment of
my health and fitness levels Lizzie wrote
a programme for me that I could follow both
at home and the gym. The sessions with Lizzie
were certainly the toughest but also the
most enjoyable. |
| I
worked my hardest thanks to Lizzie’s
encouragement but was never pushed beyond
what I was able to achieve at the time.
Before long I could see that my fitness
was improving, I was losing inches from
around my body and the motivation I had
been lacking was restored.
I have been training with Lizzie
for ten months now and in that time I have
never become tired of my workouts thanks
to several new and more challenging programmes
and I think I am in the best shape of my
life, something I never imagined happening
after having a baby!
Lizzie has put the fun back into
exercise and I would, without hesitation,
recommend her to anyone who had the desire
to make a change. |
